The company that united Hasbro, Inc., Steven Spielberg, and Dreamworks, SKG (now part of Paramount Pictures) together to make July 3rd's "Transformers" happen has been dumped by Hasbro. New York Times reports that Hasbro has dropped Creative Arts Agency, which previously represented both Hasbro and Mr. Spielberg, in favor of another company, William Morris.

William Morris, coincidentally - or not - represents "Transformers" Director Michael Bay.

According to Hasbro's senior vice president for corporate communications Wayne Charness, the company is “eternally grateful” for the hook-up between the companies. However, William Morris "is best able to deliver something for us now" in an "entertainment point of view," says Mr. Charness.
