Generation 1 Japan / NewsIt's been a while since the first information hit about the collaboration project between mobile phone provider au and TakaraTomy to make transforming toys based on their Infobar handset. The first of these to be generally available is now up for preorder on TakaraTomy Mall. The Optimus Prime "ANNIN Version" is based on the white variation of the Infobar phone, and the robot elements are inspired by the movie series Optimus Prime. This product is expected for release in December, and is priced at 5400 Yen. No word on the availability of the red Optimus or the other characters shown previously.
