2017 was a year. It occupied 12 pages of a traditional calendar, or even more if you had a weekly or even one of those fancy-learnin' word-a-day calendars! And during that year, things relating to the Transformers happened. Some more positive than others, or more fondly looked back on. Not everything was a winner, after all. Thus, I'll memorialize the year that was with some of my best remembered times in Transformers - in no particular order since I'm bad at chronology sometimes as well as weighing priority of a memory over others. I am literally the best at lists.
2017 is over - perhaps mercifully, depending on how your 2017 went. But whatever your year was like, one constant remains: there were some good Transformers figures this year! RAC has compiled a list of his five favorites - and two honorary mentions. Keep reading to see his favorites as he switches from third- to first-person writing!

HASCON returns in 2019... Er uh, what happened to 2018? Just a guess, they are waiting for another Movie year with Bumblebee and MLP closer to the show. In any case, they have decided to let us know two years in ahead of time the second convention will be held at the same time and place as before.
While good for Hasbro, it is a kind of shame they are not going to stage the event for others around the country. Otherwise, this is just an initial announcement with more details you can read after the jump.
Note that date: the official Transformers Facebook page has just announced that a second HasCon will be happening September 6-8th, 2019. At the moment, no other information is available, though Hasbro thanks fans for "making (the) first HasCon a huge success". More information as it becomes available - but with us being two years out, that could well be a while. In the meantime, keep reading to see the announcement!
It's that time again: New York Comic-Con is over, and so now it's time to go over what exactly we know about the figures in next year's Generations line, Power of the Primes. At this point, it's quite a lot! Some blanks were filled in at NYCC, some leaks confirmed, and even a couple minor surprises as to the nature of the Deluxe and Voyager accessories. Keep reading to see it all!

No word on price, but it hopefully will be the same as retail.
So as of about 10 days ago at HasCon, it's official: Power of the Primes, the third and final leg in the Prime Wars Trilogy, will return to combiners! And we're fine with that - or so say the row of Combiner Wars boxsets RAC has in his room. Combiner Wars was fun, and produced some good toys... but it wasn't perfect. There's room for improvement, and he thought of some areas that it'd be nice to see Power of the Primes address. Keep reading!

The embattled retailer has put up a page on their website announcing the figure and when it is scheduled to be sold. And the page also makes mention of in-store availability! Keep reading for details!
