First Look at Super Black Edition Alternity A-01 Convoy

Thanks to Arlin at The-Arker who's posted some news about the Super Black Edition Alternity A-01 Convoy action figure recently announced by Tomy Takara.

This figure is the third redeco of the Alternity A-01 Convoy action figure that was preceeded by a G1 colors red and street colors silver editions. The toy will be released in Japan on June 27, 2009 for 4725 JPY (~ $48 USD).

This version looks to be working off the classic Scourge motif utilizing the colors black, dark gray and the teal to indicate this is Convoy's doppelganger or nemesis version. Suggesting the name "Super Black" is a reference to the character more so than the actual colors of the action figure.
