Transformers 3 Producer Don Murphy has said that there is six weeks filming left on the film.

Mr. Murphy posted this information on his official message board.

In the next six weeks, the Transformers 3 production crew will be filled with filming at the Packard Plant in Detroit, followed by Space Coast Florida, and Washington, D.C.

Speaking of Space Coast, Director Michael Bay will be depicting a shuttle launch pad, one of the crawler vehicles that move the space shuttle and the KSC Vehicle Assembly Building," WESH reports.

Addtional locations around the area being scouted include a big hangar, local airboat rides, swamps and woods.

The production crew is expected to give the area about a $2 Million boost.

Mr. Murphy's indication that there are only six weeks left runs counter to Mr. Bay's previous statement that the film will go global and film in Africa, China, and Moscow.
