By bwbm on Friday, August 22, 2008

"Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" scriptwriter Roberto Orci has confirmed Director Michael Bay's declaration that Shia LaBeouf's hand injury will be written into the script.

"[W]e were on set last week to write it into the movie," Mr. Orci writes. "[N]ot because it's absolutely necessary, but more because we want to make sure Shia's hand is protected for the remainder of the shoot."

Mr. Orci has also writes that starting in November, we will begin to see a "MASSIVE push" in terms of marketing the sequel to "Transformers."

This "push" begins talks of teaser trailer. When will we see it? This month of November comes close to the statement made by "nelson," administrator of Director Michael Bay's website (currently on and off the interwebs), where he wrote that the month would be a good time for the teaser to debut.

However, Mr. Orci has previously mentioned that a teaser trailer would debut attached in front of Eagle Eye, the thriller premiering on September 26, also starring Mr. LaBeouf and Michelle Monaghan.
