ROTF Kitahon-cho 7-11 Convenience Store Trading Figures

Just saw these at Kitahon-cho 7-11 convenience store in Funabash, Chiba Japan. Contrary to a recent law concerning companies not being allowed to blind-pack "free" figs that come with sweets, Takara-Tomy have bypassed it by not having sweeties with them! I didn't see any "chase figs" either. Also attached is TRU Japan, Funabashi Lalaports and Ueno Tokyo Tamashiroya's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen displays.

Yes, these are the Legends. I just bought a case at Bic Camera to make sure I got them all, and put the dupes on ebay.

Without a suitably enticing chase figure or two, that was my thought exactly. TakaraTomy's ROTF support has been somewhat lacklustre, with zero true special editions coming out over here. they are optimus, jetfire, ratchet, sideswipe, megatron, etc legend rotf figs.

So..., what are they? I see the EZ on the package. Are they they the EZ Collection (Legends Class) figures?
