Can you believe it? Hasbro has dusted off the old Unicron figure for a re-release in the Universe / Classics 2.0 series. From the look of the image we have from ACToys, this is the same toy as before. We will need Hasbro to tell us more about this toy that you may view
here now.

I agree, probably a better choice of words in my previous post would have been "that allows them" instead of "specifically intended" - as the latter implies more that repaints are the primary the focus of the line, which I don't think is the case. At least for now... |

Well we are getting new moulds for Hound (Deluxe), Ravage, Cyclonus, Cheetor, and Hot Shot in addition to the new moulds we've seen. Yep, and there's obviously a reason that Hasbro decided to continue the "Universe" line and not the "Classics" line. They want a line specifically intended that allows them to sell old molds, that they've chosen to kick off the line with a few new molds (most of which a... read more |

I'm gonna start using that. And, IMO, the Armada Unicron figure is as close to his G1 counterpart as Classics Prime or Megs, so it fits just fine as a representation of the G1 character, no matter what it says on the box. |
