A Combiner Wars mold reuse already?! What a cheap-out!!! Actually no. While this relies on proven engineering and some carried forward parts, there's a good chance that a lot of Dreadwind is newly tooled, but made to fit within the same basic design box as the Aerialbot it takes after, ultimately delivering a pretty decent representation of a character that, until now, was the sole domain of a really expensive Botcon exclusive.
